Order receipts are sent as an email detailing the transaction with the transaction number immediately after the order is placed. This is the only Invoice that will be given for an online order so for receipt of this information an email address is important.


Security Policies

We are aware of how important it is to today's internet consumers to know their personal information is "100% secure". We want you to know that we go to great lengths to make sure that our customers are secure. All of order pages use the most advanced encryption technology called Secure Socket Layers (SSL), all credit card numbers and personal information is encrypted making it impossible for anyone to see it.




US / Canada

Orders ship from our warehouse in Chicago IL. Orders are transmitted to our warehouse upon ordering and shipped within 24 to 48 hours. Once an order has been submitted to the warehouse no modifications can be applied to purchase. A tracking number will be sent to the email address provided once the order has been processed.


International Orders

Overseas orders are shipped via US Post Office. We have proof of mailing from the United States Post Office at time of mailing and keep this receipt on file for up to one year. This will verify that we did ship your order to the address supplied by you the buyer. Because we are unable to track orders once they leave the US we cannot be responsible for loss, damage, theft and so forth overseas. Before you place your order please remember the buyer assumes all risks for a safe delivery unless the package is shipped through express mail.


International Express Mail

International orders over $300 ship EXPRESS mail through USPS to assure a trackable safe method of shipping. Because of our experiences with wide-spread fraud in international orders, we reserve the right to refuse to ship orders to particular countries.


Domestic Shipping

The shopping cart total presented on your screen at the time of the order gives the total of shipping costs for the merchandise ordered. Orders over $300 require a signature upon delivery. All shipments are sent Priority Mail. The tracking number for the shipment is sent to the buyers email once the order has shipped.


Order Status / Tracking


The status of online orders can be checked through the tracking number from UPS or the USPS. You will receive your tracking number by email once your order has processed and shipped. If you do not receive your tracking number within 2-3 business days, please contact us at your earliest convenience. Use your UPS tracking no. to check the status of your recent orders at (Note this will take you to the UPS website).


Returns / Refunds


Return Policy

We will refund your product within 30 days of the shipping delivery date. The product must be in it's original packaging, in "like-new" condition and returned with the receipt. After 30 days, we reserve the right to refuse any refund. A proof of purchase must be provided for every refund or exchange. (invoice, transaction ID, mailing label, etc). Please send the product back with a note explaining why you are returning your purchase.



Once we determine that the item is still in new condition, we will issue a credit to the card you originally used for your purchase. We will refund the amount of the order minus the shipping and handling fees. We will refund the amount in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of receiving your return.


Product Return Shipping

The customer assumes the cost of shipping both ways on returned items. If the product is defective, incorrect or a result of our error we will refund the return shipping cost and immediately correct the mistake. Our system does not allow for product exchanges.

Damaged or Incorrect Item Received

We take responsibility for goods that were delivered damaged and will immediately reship a new item once the damaged item is returned. We will refund the return shipping charges.



Orders are processed immediately and sent to our distribution center electronically for shipment. Once an order has been submitted to the warehouse no modifications or cancellations can be applied to purchase.


Order not received

We take responsibility for goods that were not delivered. If the package has been lost in transit after investigation with the postal system we will reship or refund the order.


Correct Address Required

A valid shipping address must be provided at the time of the purchase

If an incorrect or insufficient address is given at the time of the order the buyer is responsible for the unclaimed or lost shipment. If the package is returned to the company the order will be refunded to the buyer minus the shipping fees or reshipped with the correct address. All customers who have a package that must be redelivered with the correct address will be charged additional shipping fees.
