Receipts for orders are sent as an email detailing the transaction with the Transaction number immediately after the order is placed. This is the only Invoice that will be given for an online order so an email is important.
Security Policies
We are aware of how important it is to today's internet consumers to know their personal information is "100% secure". We want you to know that we go to great lengths to make sure that our customers are secure. All of order pages use the most advanced encryption technology called Secure Socket Layers (SSL), all credit card numbers and personal information is encrypted making it impossible for anyone to see it.
Shipping
US /Canada
Orders ship from our warehouse in Chicago IL. Orders are transmitted to our warehouse upon ordering and shipped within 24 to 48 hours. Once an order has been submitted to the warehouse no modifications can be applied to purchase.
Orders
under $100 will be shipped out via USPS First-Class Mail P or Priority Mail
Orders
over $100 will be shipped UPS ground. A tracking number will be sent to the email address provided once the order has been processed.
A valid shipping address must be provided at the time of the purchase. If the shipping address provided at the time of the purchase is incorrect and/or a package is unclaimed , additional shipping fees will apply. All customers who have a package that must be redelivered will be charged additional shipping fees.
International orders
Overseas orders are typically shipped via
US Post Office. We have proof of mailing from the United States Post Office at time of mailing and keep this receipt on file for up to one year. This will verify that we did ship your order to the address supplied by you the buyer. Because we are unable to track orders once they leave the US we cannot be responsible for loss, damage, theft and so forth overseas. Before you place your order please remember the buyer assumes all risks for a safe delivery unless the package is shipped through express mail.
International Express Mail
Express mail through USPS assures a trackable safe alternative and may be worth the extra cost. Please email us if you would like us to express ship your package and we can inform you of the costs and charge the extra amount to your credit card. The buyer is responsible for any tariffs and duties.
Additional shipping charges and handling charges will be charged to your credit card for some overseas orders. The shopping cart total presented on your screen at the time of the order only gives an estimated grand total of shipping costs for the merchandise ordered. Once we know the package weight and international destination we can estimate an accurate shipping fee and will contact you via email about the additional charges.
Because of our experiences with wide-spread fraud in international orders, we reserve the right to refuse to ship orders to particular countries.
Rush Shipping
Rush shipping through USPS Express mail or UPS expedited. Contact us at 1-866-821-8122 or email us at the time of your order. The additional postage can be paid with your Visa or MasterCard .
Order Status / Tracking
The status of online orders can be checked through the tracking number from UPS or the USPS. You will receive your
tracking number by email once your order has processed and shipped. If you do not receive your tracking number within 2-3 business days, please contact us at your earliest convenience. Use your UPS tracking no. to check the status of your recent orders at
UPS.com.

Returns / Refunds
Return Policy
We will refund your product within 30 days of the shipping delivery date. The product must be in it's original packaging, in "like-new" condition and returned with the receipt. After 30 days, we reserve the right to refuse any refund. A proof of purchase must be provided for every refund or exchange. (invoice, transaction ID, mailing label, etc). Please send the product back with a note explaining why you are returning your purchase.
Refunds
Once we determine that the item is still in new condition, we will issue a credit to the card you originally used for your purchase. We will refund the amount of the order minus the shipping and handling fees. We will refund the amount in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of receiving your return.
Product Return Shipping
The customer assumes the cost of shipping both ways on returned items.
If the product is defective, incorrect or a result of our error we will pay the return shipping cost and immediately correct the mistake.
Exchanges
Unfortunately, our system does not allow you to exchange products.
Damaged Goods
We take responsibility for goods that were delivered damaged and will immediately reship a new item once the damaged item is returned. We can arrange a pickup or supply you with a prepai d return label.
Back Orders
Although this very rarely occurs, we backorder all Out-of-Stock Items unless otherwise requested.
Cancellation
Orders are processed immediately and sent to our distribution center electronically for shipment. Once an order has been submitted to the warehouse no modifications can be applied to purchase. Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders for boxed products.
Incorrect item received
We take responsibility for goods that were delivered damaged and will immediately reship a new item once the damaged item is returned. We can arrange a pickup or supply you with a prepai d return label.
Order Not received
We take responsibility for goods that were not delivered. If the package has been lost in transit we will immediately reship the order. UPS or US mail may be responsible and we follow up with finding the package.
